摘要
教育信息化面临＂高投入、低产出＂的各种质疑。在我国,基础教育信息化建设过程中一样存在许多问题。因此,正确认识其制约因素并提出有效的意见,有助于进一步推动基础教育信息化的健康可持续发展。
Education informatization is facing ＂high investment,low yield＂ all sorts of questions.In our country,the basic education informatization construction processes as there are a lot of problems.Therefore,we should realize its constraint factors and come up with some effective advice,help to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of basic education informatization.
