摘要
当前,"先行登记保存"这一证据保存手段已越来越多地被各地水行政执法部门所采用。通过实例分析,从证据先行登记保存含义、法律依据及实施这一取证行为应注意的问题等方面,提出了一些见解,以期和大家共同探讨。
At present,the evidence preservation means of the ＂advanced registration and preservation＂ has been more and more used by water administrative law enforcement departments.Through case studies,based on the act of evidence for the meaning of the advanced registration and preservation of evidence,legal basis and the implementation is being pay attention,it put forward some ideas for reference and discussion.
