在线锻打法生产3种结构钢丝绳 被引量:1

摘要 研究K4×39FC-FC,K6×36WS-IWRC,K6×19S-FC钢丝绳生产过程中,外层钢丝被打断、打伤,绳芯被碾碎和股接触处被压溃等问题。指出旋锻机转速与成绳机车速的匹配、锻打减径量确定是生产锻打钢丝绳的关键;锻打模具优化、钢丝绳结构参数设计、绳芯的选择直接影响锻打钢丝绳质量。以在SK6/1000成绳机上在线锻打生产K6×36WS-IWRC—28.0钢丝绳为例,确定锻打钢丝绳合绳速度为9.0 m/min,旋锻机转速为751 r/min,旋转锻模间隙取1.20 mm;钢丝绳压缩率为7.26%,直径减缩量1.10 mm,锻打后理论直径28.65 mm。将新设计的旋转锻模投入使用后,生产的3种钢丝绳按企业标准进行检测,8个项目全部合格。 To research the problems of K4 × 39FC - FC, K6 ×36WS - IWRC, K6 × 19S - FC wire rope production process such as outer layer steel wire broken or injured, wire core crushed and strand touching point collapsed. The key of producing forging wire rope such as the match of rotary forging machine speed and wire rope machine speed, forge size reducing determination is pointed out. Forge wire rope quality is affected directly by forge mould optimization, wire rope structure parameter design, wire core selection. To take the online forging production K6 ×36WS - IWRC-28.0 wire rope by SK6/1000 wire rope machine, it is determined that forging wire rope close speed is 9.0 m/rain, rotary forging machine speed is 751 r/min, rotary forging mould gap is i. 20 mm, wire rope size reducing ratio is 7.26% , diameter reduction is 1.10 mm, theoretieal diameter after forging is 28.65 mm. After the newly designed rotary forging mould is put into use, three structure wire ropes produced are tested according to enterprise standard, eight items are all qualified.
