基于多元智能人才观的高职院校艺术活动探析

摘要 多元智能人才观把高职生看作是以形象思维为主具有另类智力特点的青少年。针对高职生存在诸多心理问题尤其是自卑心理较重这一现状,要利用高职生以形象思维为主这一特点,从艺术干预和让高职生体验成功、促进其成才的角度积极组织高职院校的艺术活动。 According to the views of multiple intelligence,high vocational college students are regarded as the youngsters who are characteristic of being good at image thinking.When encouraging the students to carry out the art activities,the college should take the current state into consideration that these students have several psychological problems especially the inferiority mentality,and at the same time they are good at image thinking.The college should take advantage of the students' characteristic of image thinking and carry out the art activities by art intervention so as to promote them to be successful.
