摘要
创新能力是大学生应该具备的基本素质之一,是国家对创新型人才培养的要求,也是当今社会对复合型人才和创新型人才的需要.作者在深入分析了普通高师院校对IT专业人才培养存在的相关问题的基础上,剖析了专业教育与市场需求脱节的存因,提出了相应的改革措施,经过长期的探索与实践,取得了良好的效果.
Innovative ability is one of the basic qualities of college students should possess, which is also the national requirement for cultivating innovative talents and todays social needs for creative talents. This paper analyzes the issues related with cultivating IT professionals in ordinary normal universities, further points out the causes why the current education is out of touch with the market demand, and brings forward the corresponding reform measures.
