摘要
提出门诊儿童输液护理安全文化管理的新理念,并对其进行实证性的研究,制定构成就诊患儿亲属满意度诸多内容的问卷调查表,连续进行了15个月的逐月随访调查。实施护理安全文化管理后,患儿家长对护理工作满意度整体呈上升趋势,前7个月的满意度为(89.6±6.1)%,后7个月的满意度为(97.6±2.3)%,明显高于前7个月(p<0.01)。加强护理安全文化管理能够有效提高护理质量,和谐护患关系。
This paper put forward a new ideas on the outpatient nursing management of children＇s infusion,and its empirical research.A satisfaction-related questionnaire was designed,conducted a series of 15 months of follow-up from month to month investigation.After management of safety culture,the overall satisfaction of parents rose gradually and the satisfaction for first seven months was（89.6±6.1）%,satisfaction for the last seven months was（97.6±2.3）%,higher than the previous seven months（p 0.01）.Strengthen nursing safety culture management can effectively improve the nursing quality;create harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
