摘要
目的探讨关节镜下手术治疗盘状半月板损伤的效果及手术方法。方法对40例盘状半月板撕裂患者经关节镜行盘状半月板次全切成型术或全切术,分析临床疗效。结果患者术后随访3～36个月,平均随访8.0个月,Lyshom关节功能评分术前64～78分,平均(69.650±3.386)分;术后82～97分,平均(88.780±3.460)分。术后患者功能评分较术前提高,没有发现再撕裂和需要再次手术治疗的患者。结论关节镜技术治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤创伤小,疗效佳。能最大程度保留半月板良好形态和生理功能,减少患膝骨关节炎发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic surgery treatment for discoid meniscus injury. Methods There were 40 patients whose discoid meniscus were torn injury from 1th December 2005 to 31th December 2010,underwent partial meniscectomy and meniscoplasty or meniscectomy.28 cases underwent partial meniscectomy or meniscoplasty and 12 case underwent resection,then they had taken early joint functional exercises at postoperative period. Results To followed up for 3～36 months,mean follow-up of 8 months,the preoperative joint function Lyshom score was 64 to 78,average 69.650±3.386,then postoperative joint function Lyshom score was 82 to 97,average 88.780±3.460.Compared with preoperative the Lyshom score of patients underwent arthroscopic surgery was improved and no patient had meniscus second lancilation or need re-operation. Conclusion The technologies of the arthroscopic surgery treatment of discoid meniscus injury were with less damage and were more effective,and could reduce the incidence of knee osteoarthritis because the shape and physiological function of it were kept.
