摘要
对经招募和筛选的30名大学生进行八次认知疗法取向的团体辅导,考察认知疗法取向团体辅导对大学生就业焦虑的干预效果,总结形成缓解就业焦虑的有效干预模型。结果:问卷结果显示团体干预后,实验组的就业焦虑水平显著低于对照组;干预结束两个月后的追踪测试也说明效果同样显著。结论:认知疗法取向团体辅导可有效缓解大学生就业焦虑,在此基础上建立的就业焦虑干预模型可供推广。
Choose 30 students and those students in the counseling are divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group was 30, and took 8 interventions (three hours each time) . This research used the meter test, the process test and the tracing test, qualitative and quantitative assessment of combining assessment to test the effect of intervention. Results : Research findings : Af- ter group intervention, experimental group in competitive pressure, lack of employment support and confidence, worried about employ- ment four dimensions and SAS scores are significant less than them before intervention, also significantly lower than the control group. The group counseling ended two months of tracking test results is also significant. Conclusion: Combining cognitive therapy and group counseling together to be practical and feasible, Combining cognitive therapy and group counseling together can smooth the Seek -job anxiety of the university students. We can make a functional intervention model to smooth the Seek - job anxiety based on this research.
