摘要
决断力就是指高校领导或高校领导团队在高校管理实践中坚决果断地做出决策的能力,是高校领导力体系中的一个重要的组成部分,由高校领导决策能力和勇敢果断的性格品质两大核心内涵构成,并蕴藏其特殊的决断过程——"黑匣效应"。然而,在高校管理实践中,存在高校领导决断力的缺失现象。高校领导可以通过弄清决断过程,优化决策引力;提高分析判断,锻炼果断品质;吸收成功经验,培养战略思维;重视民主参与,博采转化能力来提升决断力,促进高校的竞争与发展。
University leader＇s decisiveness is an important component of university leader＇s leadership system and implies a special decision process named ＂ Black Box Effect＂. It has two constituents the power of decision and decisive character. However, there are many deficiencies in the university management practice. University leaders can improve their decisiveness and promote the competition and development of university by understanding the decision process, optimizing decision - making gravity, enhancing analytical judgments, exercising decisive quality, developing strategic thinking and stressing democratic participation to promote university; competitiveness and development.
