以东莞市在城市公共阅读服务的实践为样本,立足政府公共管理与城市文化建设规划的视角,探讨了如何科学、规范、有序地建立和完善城市公共阅读服务。
This paper discusses how to build up and improve urban public reading service scientifically, normally and orderly, based on the perspective of government public management and urban cultural construction plan, and taking the practice of construction of urban public reading service in Dongguan city of Gnangdong province for example.
