摘要
目的探讨鲍曼不动杆菌对小鼠的致死剂量,建立重症感染模型。方法以SPF级昆明小鼠为实验动物,将鲍曼不动杆菌按一定菌液浓度注射入小鼠腹腔,造成小鼠感染。结果经过反复试验,一般情况下5×1010cfu/ml及更高浓度的菌液可导致小鼠死亡,但经过多次实验后,发现极个别小鼠仍可以生存,死亡时间多数在12h之内。结论为了进一步进行鲍曼不动杆菌的重症感染治疗研究,必须弄清楚不动杆菌感染的致死剂量,建立感染动物模型,才能进行噬菌体治疗的研究,本研究为此提供了基础资料。
Objectives To explore the lethal doses of Acinetobacter baumannii of mice infection, make the severe infection models.Methods Kunming mice (specific pathogen free) were selected and the Aeinetobaeter baumannii were injected into the abdomen caused infection according to specific bacteria concentration.Results With several experiments 1010efu/mL or higher concentration bacteria could cause the death of mice ordinarily in 12 hours but after more experiments few of the mice could survive. Con-clusion In order to acquire the fundamental experience of further severe infection of Acinetobacter baumannii and bacteriophage treatment, the lethal doses must be identified to make the infection models.
