抗菌功能母液的制备工艺对羊毛纤维吸附率的影响

摘要 采用紫外光辐照法制备抗菌羊毛纤维,主要研究了抗菌功能母液的制备工艺对抗菌羊毛纤维接枝吸附率和抗菌率的影响,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)观察抗菌羊毛纤维的形貌及其结构。结果表明,抗菌剂的质量分数为1%,溶液的pH值为10,在70℃条件下,利用超声分散20min制得的抗菌功能母液制备抗菌羊毛纤维,可以获得抗菌率达98%、洗涤30次后抗菌率仍在55%以上的抗菌羊毛纤维。 The antibacterial wool fibers were prepared by ultraviolet irradiation method. The effect of the preparation of antibacterial solution on absorption rate and antibaeterial properties of wool fibers were discussed. Scan ning electron microscope(SEM) and X ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS) were used to observe the morphology and slructure of wool fibers. The best preparation technology of the Ag/MWNTs (multi-walled carbon nanotubes) antibac terial function liquor as follows: the concentration of Ag/MWNTs antibacterial agent of lwt%, the pH value of 10, the temperature of 70 C, ultrasonic time of 20min. The antibacterial wool fiber prepared by this technology has the antibacterial properties of 98%, and the antibacterial properties of 55 % after washed 30 times.
