摘要
大肠癌是当前严重危害人类健康的恶性肿瘤。全世界每年大约有100万大肠癌新发例,49.2万人死于大肠癌[1]。近年来,大肠癌的诊断及综合治疗水平取得了很大的进展,但其发病率和死亡率并未发生根本性的变化,
