摘要 建立了一种用高效液相色谱法测定空气中的醛酮类化舍物的方法。该方法用2,4一二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的磷酸溶液为吸收液,将醛酮类化合物转化为醛酮-DNPH衍生物,测定空气中的含量。方法的相关系数大于0.999,检出限为2~10μg/m^3,回收率大于85%。该方法灵敏度高,前处理简单,可用于环境空气中醛酮类的测定。 A new analysis method using high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of aldehydes and ketones in the air. In this method aldehydes and ketones were absorbed by 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) - phosphoric acid solutions to convert into aldehyde-DNPH or ketone-DNPH derivatives. The obtained correlation coefficient was over 0.999 and the detection limit was 2 - 10 μg/m3. The average recoveries of this method were over 85%. This method can be applied to detect aldehydes and ketones in the air with the high sensitivity and simple pretreatment.
