摘要
为了对纯罗布麻梭织面料的远红外性能进行研究,将罗布麻纤维与水溶性维纶纤维进行混纺织制平纹织物,经煮练漂白去除水溶性维纶获得纯罗布麻面料。经国家红外及工业电热产品质量监督检验中心检测,罗布麻面料的远红外法向全发射率为87%,经水洗30次后,法向全发射率仍为87%。检测结果表明罗布麻具有发射远外红的功能,且此功能不随水洗次数的增加而减弱,发射的远红外线对人体具有保健功效,是医用敷料及贴身内衣的优选材料。
For studying of property of far-infrared apocynum venetum woven fabric,the pure apocynum fabric was made of apocynum venetum linn fiber and water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol（PVA）fiber blended yarn,then dissolved PVA by boiling and bleaching. The total normal emittance of far infrared （FIR）of the apoc^um venetum fabric was 87% by testing,after washing 30 times,the value of FIR was still 87%.The result showed that apocynum venetum could have FIR function,which could keep original value with increasing washing time.This result showed that the FIR energy had the ability to enhance cell function,increase blood circulation,promote tissue regeneration, antibacterial,warm and other health-care effect.Apocynum venetum was the opti- mum material for medical dressing and underrwear.
