摘要
为研究冰雪条件下城市路网交通特性,以冰雪条件对路段交通量的影响为研究对象,在界定冰雪条件以及进行实际交通调查的基础上,引入冰雪交通量因子来表征冰雪条件对路段交通量的影响程度,并对路段冰雪交通量因子与冰雪条件建立回归模型,通过大量的实际调查数据对函数参数进行标定。结果表明标定函数的精度较高,能够为冰雪条件下交通特性研究提供数据支持和理论依据。
To study the traffic characteristics of urban road network under ice and snowfall conditions, the traffic volume on urban road segment under ice and snowfall conditions was studied. Based on the defini- tion of ice and snowfall conditions as well as the field traffic survey, ice and snowfall traffic volume factor was introduced to represent the influence of ice and snowfall conditions on the link traffic volume, and the regression model between the ice and snowfall traffic volume factor and the ice and snowfall conditions was established. The calibration was done for the parameters of regression function with field observation data. The results show that the function has higher precision, can provide data and theory support for the traffic characteristics research under ice and snowfall conditions.
