摘要
农村中小学体育设施建设是学校实施体育教学的基本物质条件,也是提高中小学体育教学水平的基础。调查了河北部分农村乡、镇的30所中小学体育场地和体育器材达标情况、体育有关书籍、报刊及体育宣传图片、音像设施等方面的情况,着重讨论了农村中小学体育设施配置、资金投入、体育设施资源管理和开发问题,并提出相关建议,以提高河北农村学校体育的教育水平。
The construction of physical training facilities in rural middle and primary schools is the material condition for the implementation of PE teaching as well as the foundation for improving PE teaching.Investigation has been done on the sports ground and sports equipment,sports related magazines,books and propaganda in more than 30 middle and primary schools in some rural areas in Hebei.Discussions focus on the allocation of sports facilities,funding,and sports facility management,and suggestions are put foreword in order to improve the PE teaching in rural schools in Hebei.
