摘要
广西某矿山人工挖孔桩在成孔后,地表粘性土和铝土矿石被大雨冲进孔底,堆积高达1.5 m,灌注桩身混凝土前未清理孔底,最终造成断桩。采用掏空桩端堆积物后加钢筋束并浇筑混凝土后压力注浆的方法进行了补强加固。
After completing the hole in a mine of Guangxi,the cohesive soil and bauxite ore,coming from the ground,were washed into hole bottom filling up to 1.5m.Because of being not eliminated before pouring of concrete into the hole,that caused the manual-excavation pile to break off.It adopts the method of inserting reinforced beam,pouring of concrete and filling cement slurry with constant pressure to repair and strengthen broken pile.
