摘要 进行"电改汽"改造是降低电动泵机组煤耗的常用办法,而热力性能试验则是评价"电改汽"前后机组经济性最直接和行之有效的方法。通过对进口360 MW机组"电改汽"改造后其热力性能试验结果的研究和经济性的对比分析,介绍了"电改汽"改造对汽轮机热耗率、厂用电率、发电煤耗、供电煤耗的影响,并对机组改造后的经济性进行评价。 The reconstruction of "motor-driven pump changed to steam feed pump" is a usual modus operandi of unit equipped with motor-driving feed pumps to reduce the coal consumption. And thermal performance test is the most direet and valid means to evaluate it. This paper, through the results of thermal performance conventional test on an imported 360 MW unit, makes an economical comparison with the unit which is retrofitted from "motor-driven pump changed to steam feed pump", and the heat rate, plant use of electricity rate and coal consumption rate are given respectively, the conclusion of economic evaluation is given.
