摘要
在密闭压力管道中,由于液体流速的急剧改变,极易产生水击现象,若没有采取保护措施,该现象就会给整个输送系统造成极大的破坏。文章在简要介绍水击现象发生的原因、破坏性以及避免水击发生的措施的基础上,较详细地介绍了Flexflo887水击泄压阀的结构、操作原理和产品特点,并结合其在铁大线输油管道上20多年的使用经验,提出了操作和维护的建议。
In a closed pressure pipeline,water hammer phenomenon may occur due to sudden change of liquid velocity.It could cause damage to the whole transportation system if without adequate protection measure being taken.This paper gives a brief introduction to the cause,hazard and preventive measure of water hammer phenomenon,and puts emphasis on the structure,operation principle and functional feature of Flexflo887 surge relieving valve.It also offers proposals of operation and maintenance of the valve based on the 20 year's experience of the valve application in Tie—Da oil pipeline
