摘要
以蛹虫草斜面固体菌种为试验材料,研究了5种碳源(葡萄糖、乳糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖和可溶性淀粉)和4种氮源(蛋白胨、牛肉膏、酵母浸膏和柠檬酸氢二铵)对蛹虫草菌丝产量的影响,以确定培养基的最佳碳源和氮源种类;同时分别研究了不同浓度的最佳碳源和氮源对蛹虫草菌丝产量的影响。结果表明:最适宜碳源为可溶性淀粉,适宜浓度为20 g/L;最佳氮源为酵母膏,适宜浓度为5 g/L。
Taking solid spawn of Cordyceps militaris as research material,the effects of 5 carbon sources(glucose,lactose,sucrose,maltose and soluble starch) and 4 nitrogen sources(peptone,beef extract,yeast extract and diammonium hydrogen citrate) in liquid medium were studied,to determine the best carbon and nitrogen sources and their concentration,which could lead to a higher yield.The results showed that the best carbon source was soluble starch,with the optimum concentration of 20 g/L;the best nitrogen source was yeast extract,with the concentration of 5 g/L.
