摘要
以淀粉为原料,经缩醛反应、交联反应、接枝共聚反应、磺化反应等合成出以氮为中心的硫代氨基淀粉黄原酸盐(DSX),采用元素分析、FTIR、SEM及TG等对反应的中间体和产物进行了结构表征。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定DSX的最佳合成条件为:淀粉质量10g、交联剂用量1.50mL、引发剂用量4.0mL、丙烯酰胺用量3.0mL、二硫化碳用量5.0mL。
Taking starch as raw material, dithioamino starch xanthogenate(DSX) was synthesized through acetalization, crosslinking, grafted copolymerization, sulfonation. The structure of the intermediates and product were characterized by FTIR, SEM,TG and elemental analysis. The optimum synthetic conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows.mass of starch was 10 g, crosslinking agent a- mount was 1.50 mL,initiator amount was 4. 0 mL,acrylamide amount was 3.0 mL,carbon disulfide amount was 5.0 mL.
