摘要
当前,中小企业财务管理中存在的主要问题是企业财务管理意识淡薄,筹资渠道窄、资金不足,财务人员素质偏低,缺乏支持中小企业发展的相关环境。影响中小企业财务管理的因素是支持要素、企业内部管理要素、财务内部组织要素、会计核算和监控要素。解决中小企业财务管理存在的问题,应加大政府支持力度,制定和完善有利于企业发展的政策,加速信用担保体系建设,提高财务管理人员素质,优化财务结构,避免财务管理问题的产生。
Now the main problems in small and medium-sized enterprises are weak awareness of enterprise financial management, narrow financing channels, low quality of accountant, and unfavorable development environment. The factors affecting their financial management are policy support, enterprise internal management, financial internal organization, and accounting calculation and supervision. The sohtions are to increase support from the government, make policy for enterprise development, quicken credit guarantee system construction, improve financial personnel＇s quality, and optimize financial structure.
