孕妇外周血中胎儿游离DNA的研究进展
摘要
当前，产前诊断越来越受到人们的重视，产前诊断是减少出生缺陷儿的有效措施之一。分为有创与无创性，有创性包括：羊水穿刺、绒毛活检取样（CVS）、胚胎（胎儿）镜、经皮胎儿脐血穿刺等，因为具有创伤性，操作时可能对母亲和胎儿造成一定的风险，因而在临床上限制了其使用。
