摘要
目的了解和掌握山西省左云县传染病疫情发病流行趋势,为传染病疫情监测、管理和制定防控对策提供有益参考。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对山西省左云县2005～2008年甲、乙类传染病进行流行病学统计分析。结果共统计乙类传染病13种1 691例,年平均发病率为252.70/10万。2005～2008年传染病发病率呈下降趋势,自然疫源及虫媒传染病有逐年上升的趋势。发病居前几位的是肺结核、病毒性肝炎、布病、麻疹。结论继续加强呼吸道传染病、血源及性传播疾病及自然疫源及虫媒传染病监测防控工作,加强健康教育工作。
Objective To understand and master the incidence of infectious diseases fashion trends in Zuoyun County of Shanxi Province. Provide a useful reference for the infectious diseases surveillance and prevention and control measures. Methods The data of class A and B infectious disease from 2005 to 2008 in zuoyun were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology, Results A total of 13 kinds of statistics B 1691 cases of infectious diseases,the average annual incidence rate of 252.70/lakh. A downward trend in the incidence of infectious diseases from 2005 to 2008. There was a rising trend year by year natural foci and the arhovirus diseases. The leading disease were tuberculosis,viral hepatitis,bruceUosis,measles. Conclusion Respiratory diseases,blood and sexually transmitted diseases,natural loci and the arbovirus diseases remain to be the priority diseases for prevention and control. Health education is the key to disease prevention.
