基于虚拟仪器技术构建轮胎成型机的远程监控系统

摘要 以虚拟仪器图形化开发平台LabVIEW为基础,将具有网络化功能的DataSokect技术与OPC技术相结合,构建轮胎成型机的远程监控系统,实现了轮胎成型机运行状态的数据采集、远程传输和分析处理的功能.实验表明,该系统运行可靠,数据采集和处理快速,可以有效地增加系统的可扩展性,缩短开发周期,降低生产成本. The remote monitoring and control system of tyre building machine was designed based on the virtual instrument graphical development platform LabVIEW and the combination of DataSokect and OPC technology.The funtion of data acquisitionr,emote transmission,analysis and management can be realized in tyre building machine running process.The results show that the system is reliable in operation meanwhile efficient in data acquisition and processing.In additioni,t modifies the expansibility of the system effectivelys,horten the development cycle and reduces the cost of production.
