摘要
分析新钢焦化厂物料疏松机钻杆轴断裂的工况,得出设计缺陷是钻杆轴断裂的原因。通过改进设计,设备运行良好,提高了生产效率,取得了良好的经济效益。
By analyzing the working condition of the fracture of drill shaft of loose material machine, the main reason of fracture was design defect. After improving the design, the equipment run well, the production efficiency was improved and good economic benefit was obtained.
