摘要 GIS配电装置由于全封闭的特点,在设备检修时,有些试验其接线不易接入,往往要通过隔离开关、断路器、接地开关等构成回路;为实现这一回路,运行人员要进行相关倒闸操作,此时无论是GIS配电装置设备本身电气联锁,还是微机五防闭锁,均不允许操作,只能解除闭锁操作,这给运行人员的防误操作带来很大风险。在通过阐述、分析这些风险点存在的原因后,经采取相应的控制措施进行了风险防控,保证操作安全。 GIS closed distribution device as the characteristics of the equipment maintenance, easy access to some test the connection, often through isolation switches, circuit breakers, switches, etc. constitute a ground loop; for the realization of this circuit, operating personnel should be related back gate operation, this time both the GIS distribution equipment electrical interlock device itself, or the five anti-lock computer, are not allowed to operate, only to lift latch operation, this misuse of anti-personnel to run great risks.
