摘要
介绍一棒生产线原用机械式蜗轮蜗杆提升装置故障频发的问题,通过计算校核和设计采用液压升降方式进行系统改造,彻底消除了设备本身存在的缺陷。
Insufficient ability problems of worm and gear lifting device used in No. 1 Bar Line were introduced, the system has been reform by check calculation and using hydraulic lifting way to eliminate completely the defects of the equipment itself.
