摘要
目的 :研究和探讨癌肿宁治疗实验性肝癌的疗效和机制。方法 :建立荷实体型肝癌 (H2 2 )小鼠模型 ,观察经癌肿宁治疗对其肿瘤红细胞免疫和肿瘤细胞周期的影响。结果 :癌肿宁可显著提高荷瘤机体肿瘤红细胞免疫功能 ,其高、低剂量组的 3个肿瘤红细胞花环率 (ETER、ATER、DTER)均显著高于模型组和阳性对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,且有的已明显接近或超过正常组 ;经流式细胞术分析发现 ,癌肿宁高、低剂量组的 S期肿瘤细胞较模型组为高 ,而 G2 加 M期细胞明显少于模型组 ,表明癌肿宁可影响肿瘤细胞周期从 S期向 G2 加 M期的转变过程 ,将细胞阻滞在 S期 ,从而抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖。结论 :癌肿宁有明显的抗肝癌作用 。
Objective:TO observe the mechanism and effect of the composite prescription Aizhongning(AZN) on experimental hepatocarcinoma.Methods:The model of hepatocarcinoma 22 solid tumor bearing mice was produced and treated with AZN.The tumor erythroyte immune and cell cycle were observed.Results:AZN could significantly promote the immunoadhesion ability of red blood cells and attack tumor cells.And the ETER、ATER、DTER were significantly different between comparing model group and 5 FU group (P< 0.001 ).Furthermore,AZN could obstruct the transformation of tumor cell cycle from S phase to G 2+M phase, which significantly inhibited the proliferation of tumor cells.Conclusion:AZN had obvious anti hepatocarcinoma effect and could significantly promote the tumor erythroyte immune function of tumor bearing mice.
