摘要
以细菌纤维素为原料,在非均相体系中与环氧氯丙烷反应,合成了环氧化细菌纤维素.研究了反应条件:如环氧氯丙烷用量、NaOH用量、反应温度及反应时间对环氧基含量的影响.结果表明:合成EBC的最佳条件为反应温度35℃,反应时间3 h,细菌纤维素以干重计算约0.5 g,环氧氯丙烷的用量为30 mL,w=30%NaOH的用量为40 mL,环氧基含量可达2.781 mmol·g-1.并对EBC进行红外光谱表征.
Epoxy bacterial cellulose (EBC) was synthesized by the reaction of bacterial cellulose (BC) and ep- oxy chloropropane (EC) in a heterogeneous system. Various reaction conditions, such as the temperature, the reaction time, the concentration of EC and NaOH, had important effects on the content of epoxy groups. The results showed that under the optimal experimental condition (35℃, 3 h, 0.5 g BC, 40 mL EC and 30 mL 30% NaOH), 2.781mmol· g^-1 of epoxy groups were obtained. The products were also characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
