摘要
该试验研究了提取条件对榛子壳提取物抗氧化活性的影响,利用响应面法优化了榛子壳抗氧化物的提取条件。研究结果表明,榛子壳提取物具有抗氧化活性,其中榛子壳氢氧化钠溶液提取物的总抗氧化性比抗坏血酸的总抗氧化能力好,是其1.83倍。响应面分析法优化结果表明,榛子壳抗氧化物的最佳提取工艺条件为氢氧化钠浓度2.4%,料液比1∶36,提取时间2.3h,提取温度63℃,在此条件下榛子壳提取物的总抗氧化活性为0.931。
Effects of extraction conditions on antioxidant activity of hazelnut shell extract were studied in this paper. The results showed that hazelnut shell extract has antioxidant activity, and the total antioxidant capacity of hazelnut shell extracted by NaOH solution was 1.83 folds higher than that of ascorbic acid. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by response surface method (RSM) as follows: NaOH concentration 2.4%, the ratio of solid to liquid 1:36, extraction time 2.3h and extraction temperature 63℃. Under these conditions, the total antioxidant capacity of hazelnut shells extractio.n was 0.931.
