摘要
科技文献信息资源是国家的战略资源，是国家科技创新的重要支撑和基础保障。单一的科研机构图书馆本身已经无法满足科研工作者日趋复杂的需求，图书馆之间的多维合作格局已经形成，科研机构图书馆之间如何利用好自己的特色，在协作、互利、共建、共享的基础上实现联合建设，成为科研图书馆共同面对的问题。
Science and technology information resource is the country＇ s strategic resources. It is important support and infrastructure protection of the national scientific and technological innovation. Single research institution libraries have been unable to meet the increasingly complex needs of researchers. Multi-dimensional cooperation between the libraries has been formed. How to use their own characteristics among the libraries, based on the collaboration, mutual benefit, build and share, is a common problem of the research library.
