摘要
通过化学接枝的方法以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)和KH-560为原料合成了DOPO型硅烷偶联剂,用其对氢氧化铝(ATH)进行表面改性,以改善整体中空复合材料的阻燃性能。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征ATH的改性效果。利用氧指数法(LOI)和垂直燃烧法研究改性ATH对整体中空复合材料阻燃性能的影响。研究改性温度和DOPO型硅烷偶联剂用量对ATH改性效果的影响,得出最佳的改性工艺条件。结果表明:DOPO型硅烷偶联剂和ATH之间存在化学键合,形成了化学键。改性ATH能够提高整体中空复合材料的阻燃性能。改性温度为65℃,DOPO型硅烷偶联剂用量为3%时改性效果最佳。
The DOPO-based silane coupling agent was synthesized by DOPO and KH-560 through chemical grafting methods, and the aluminium hydroxide (ATH) was modified by DOPO-based silane coupling agent in order to improve its effects for the fire retardant of hollow integrate sandwich composite. The effect of modified ATH was characterized by SEM and FTIR. The flame retardant of the composite were characterized and investigated by limiting oxygen index (LOI) and UL-94 experiments. The effects of modification conditions on ATH were studied, such as temperature and content of DOPO-based silane coupling agent. The results showed that it formed chemical bond between DOPO-based silane coupling agent and ATH. Modified ATH had good effects for the fire retardant of the composite. It was showed that when the ATH was modified wiht 3.0% DOPO-based silane coupling agent at 65℃ , the effect of modification was best.
