摘要
目的探讨5%复方利多卡因乳膏用于成年男性患者术前导尿对全麻复苏期尿路刺激症状的影响及临床意义。方法将200例成年男性择期手术患者随机分为两组,对照组按常规方法全麻后行术前导尿,观察组术前导尿时使用5%利多卡因乳膏,观察两组患者在全麻复苏期的尿路刺激症状及相关反应。结果观察组尿路刺激症状及相关反应明显轻于对照组。结论 5%复方利多卡因乳膏用于成年男性患者术前导尿能明显减轻全麻复苏期尿路刺激反应,利于此期的平稳过渡。
Objective To investigate the effects and clinical significance of 5 % compound Lidocaine cream for adult male patients before urethral catheterication to reduce urinary tract irritation during the anesthesia recovery period. Methods 200 cases of adult male patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group took conventional methods of urethral catheterization after anesthesia. 5 % Lidocaine cream was applied before catheterization to the observation group. Urinary tract irritation and related reactions of patients in both groups were observed during the general anesthesia recovery period. Results The related urinary tract irritation reaction of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group. Conclusion 5 % compound Lidocaine cream for adult male patients before urethral catheterication can significantly reduce the anesthesia recovery period of urinary tract irritation, which ensures the smooth transition.
