摘要
阐述了微磨床研究的必要性,选用公理设计(AD)的依据,提出基于公理设计的产品设计框架模型,通过对数控微型磨床功能需求与设计参数的逐层分解和映射,得到了需求功能-结构关系和设计矩阵,阐述了数控微型磨床的公理设计过程,分析了微型磨床设计的结构合理性,并建立了数控微磨床的结构简图。
Described the need for reseaching the micro-grinding machine and the basis of choosi ng the Axiomatic Design(AD).Proposed framew ork model of product design based on Axiomatic Design(AD) By gradually separating and mapping its functional requirements and design parame-ters got the demand function-structure relationships and the design matrix.Described Axiomatic Design process of NC grinding machine analyzed the structure rationality of NC micro-grinding machine,and established structural diagram of NC micro-grinding machine.
