摘要
研制出两种复合型经济高效的固硫助燃剂,选用具有代表性的高硫煤种,进行单组分及双组分复合固硫添加剂固硫作用机理的研究,提出高效固硫助燃剂适用于粒径0.15mm,钙硫比2.0,温度800℃的工业性应用工艺。实验证实:单组分腐植酸钠或FeS,固硫率最高分别可达60.93%和61.69%,双组固硫率最高为64.16%。通过热重与XRD测试分析表明,加入助燃剂的煤样提高了氧化钙的利用率,固硫率增大,煤样燃烧后生成热稳定性更高的固硫物相。
In this article Selection of representative high-sulfur coal,for one-component and two-component compound of sulfur additives of sulfur capture mechanism,we have developed two kinds of complex of cost-effective sulfur combustion-supporting agent,make effective sulfur combustion-supporting agent Applicable size≤0.15mm Ca/S=2.0,at the temperature of 800℃ on application of industrial process.Experiments confirmed:one-component of NaHA or FeS,sulfur retention rates up respectively to 60.93% and 61.69%,While two-sulphur fixation rates up to 64.16%.Discussion on effective sulfur combustion-supporting agent single-component and two-component when adding effect on sulfur retention effects,reveal two-component sulfur combustion-supporting agent synergies more conducive to the improvement of-sulfur capture efficiency.By TG and XRD analysis shows that joined combustion-supporting agent of calcium oxide coal sample to improve the utilization of thermal stability of coal burning generates a higher level of sulfur phase,sulphur fixation rate increases,weight gain in quality of coal cinder,sulfur flows to CaSO4eventually.
