维生素B_1催化合成2,2-二甲基-2,3-二氢伯啶

摘要 研究了在维生素B1催化下,以无水乙醇为溶剂,1,8-二氨基萘与丙酮反应合成2,2-二甲基-2,3-二氢伯啶的反应,考察了反应温度、搅拌时间、催化剂用量、反应物摩尔比等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在电磁搅拌下,当18,-二氨基萘用量为0.1 mol,18,-二氨基萘与丙酮的摩尔比为1∶1.2,催化剂用量为1.2%,反应20 min,反应温度为30℃时,维生素B1对该反应具有良好的催化作用,产品收率可达到93.6%。产品经熔点、红外光谱进行了表征。 2,2-Dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-perimidine was prepared from 1,8-naphthalenediamin and acetone was studied by using vitamin B1 as catalyst, ethanol as the reaction solvent. The effects of reaction temperature ,stirring time ,the amount of catalysts and the molar ratio of reactants on yield of 2,2-dimethyl-2,3- dihydro-perimidine were investigated. The optimal conditions were as follows:amount of 1,8-naphthalenediamin 0.1 mol, molar ratio of 1,8-naphthalenediamin/acetone 1: 1.2, reaction time 20 min, reaction temperature 30℃, the amount of vitamin B1 1.2%, the yield of 2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-perimidine was up to 93.6%. The product was characterized by melting point, IR.
