摘要
管道水力输沙技术已在许多工程中得到应用,但随着该技术应用领域越来越广,应用条件也越来越复杂,管道输沙技术应用受到了很大限制,急需开展多相流体动力学基础研究。本文分析了管道水力输送面临的复杂颗粒组成、复杂输送流体性质、复杂空间形态、复杂输送工艺等复杂条件下的工程应用问题,全面评述了固液两相流基础理论、非均匀颗粒管道输送、高浓度流体输送流变与阻力特性以及深海采矿、油井砾石充填等特殊输送工艺条件下的研究成果和最新的进展,并提出了管道水力输送技术研究面临的挑战。
The technology of sediment hydraulic transport with pipelines has been applied in many engineerings,with the wider the application field becomes,the more complex the application condition is.However,the technology of pipeline hydraulic transport can not meet the engineering requirements,and many basic studies should be carried out.In this paper,many engineering application problems are investigated including the complex solid components,complex fluid characteristics,complex spatial shape and special transport method in hydraulic conveying with pipelines,and the newest results and progresses are analyzed in the solid liquid two phase fluid theory,high concentration slurry rheology and resistance models and the engineering application,such as the deep sea mining and oil well backfill,and some challenges in the future researches are suggested.
