摘要
本文是关于援藏项目的调研报告。文章从西藏群众对援藏项目的评价和期望等方面介绍了调查的结果,并对调查中反映出的问题进行了分析。调查结果显示,不同的民族、职业、文化程度、年龄层,不同的地区,对援藏项目社会效益和经济效益的评价,及对将来的期望各有侧重,表现出多样化的态度倾向。西藏的发展离不开全国人民的支持,今后的经济项目援藏应更多地遵循经济规律。
This is an investigation report on the aid projects by the interior people for Tibet.It presents the outcome of the investigation in terms of the Tibetan masses'evaluations of these aid projects and their expectations,and analyses the problems emerged in the investigation. The results of investigation show that people of different ethnic groups,with different professions and educational levels,of different ages and areas, have various attitude tendencies,their expectations to the future also display different emphases respectively.The development of Tibet cannot realize without the support of the people of the whole country;The economic projects aiding Tibet in the future should pay more attention to obeying the economic law so as to achieve best effects and profits with lower costs.
