摘要
以某型船用排气消声器为研究对象,为改善流体阻力对船舶柴油机的功率影响及消声器表面热辐射造成的机舱通风的影响,对其单扩张腔消声器的阻力损失与表面温度场进行了详细的分析与研究。利用大型通用CFD流体计算软件对消声器的流体流动与表面温度场进行了分析计算,通过适当改变内部内插管的布置,可有效改善内部紊流流场,降低消声器的流动阻力;通过包覆一定厚度的隔热材料,可有效降低消声器表面温度,降低热辐射。
In this thesis, numerical simulations of three-dimensional steady turbulent flow were condueted to investigate flow resistance characteristics and the temperature field of silencer. The numerical results showed that the extensions of inlet and outlet tubes into the chamber may decrease the pressure drop of simple expansion silencer. By adding inlet tubes at the inlet of silencer, the pressure loss was reduced greatly. The temperature fields of simple expansion silencer were obtained by simulating the coupled heat transfer between the internal flow, external air flow and the wall of the silencer.
