摘要
结合"全民健身"和"农民体育健身工程",以民俗传统体育项目的开发与研究为切入点,选择具有浓烈地域性传统文化特征的海安花鼓为研究对象,对海安花鼓的历史渊源、地域民俗文化背景、大众体育健身价值等进行研究,以期为我国民俗传统文化的传承和全民健身项目的开发提供借鉴。
Making the development and the research of the folklore sports as a starting point, the article combines with two parts, the nationwide fitness and the fitness projects for the peasants. Besides that, it Takes Hai＇ an Flower Drum as an Example and studies its historical origins, the regional folklore culture back- ground and the value of the nationwide fitness in order to offer some of references for the inheritance of Chinese folk traditional culture and the development of the nationwide fitness events for our country.
