连续泊位下集装箱港口泊位与桥吊协同调度优化研究 被引量:22

摘要 集装箱港口作为集装箱运输中极其重要的枢纽,其运作效率的好坏关系到港口企业的运营成本和客户的满意度。由于泊位与桥吊资源是港口的稀缺资源,其调度优化的优劣直接关系到港口的作业效率。首先建立了一个关于泊位分配混合整数规划模型,为到达的船舶分派泊位和桥吊数量,然后建立了一个桥吊调度的混合整数规划模型对具体的岸桥进行调度,算例结果显示利用文中建立的模型能够得到较好的满意解。 Container port is extremely important as the hub of container transport,it's operational efficiency related to port business operating costs and customer satisfaction.As the berth and crane resources are scarce resource,its scheduling optimization is directly related to the efficiency of port operations.In this paper a mixed integer programming model is built.First we assign berth and crane to the ships,and then set up a quay crane scheduling model to assign specific quay to the ship.The result shows that using the two model can get satisfied solution.
