珍稀濒危植物四合木嫩枝扦插生根特性的研究 被引量:9

摘要 以四合木嫩枝插穗为试验材料,从插穗的长度、插穗在枝条上的部位、插穗留叶量和外源激素处理等方面,研究了影响四合木嫩枝扦插生根的关键因素和生根特性。结果表明,插穗长度、留叶量、外源激素处理对四合木的嫩枝扦插生根具有明显的影响。插穗部位对四合木的嫩枝扦插生根影响不大,15 cm长的嫩枝插穗生根效果较好。插穗上的叶片对四合木嫩枝扦插具有重要的作用,不保留叶片的插穗没有生根,保留较多的叶片有利于插穗生根。嫩枝插穗较易生根,不需激素处理即可获得96%的生根率,外源激素处理可使插穗的生根率达到100%,并可明显增加插穗的生根数量。四合木嫩枝扦插生根速度较快,外源激素处理在一定程度上提高了插穗的生根速度,在插后6天开始生根,在插后16天达到最大生根率。 The purpose of the study was to investigate the rooting characteristics of Tetraena mongolica from the aspects of cuttings length, cutting positions, leaf retention, external hormone treatment. The results obtained by the experiments indicated that cutting length and leaf retention significantly affected softwood rooting in T. mongolica. The maximum rooting ratio was observed in cuttings that were 15 cm long. Leaf retention played an important role in rooting in T. mongolica softwood cuttings, and the rooting rate of cuttings became greater as the leaf retention increased. Softwood cuttings rooted more easily than hardwood cuttings, and external auxin treatment had limited role in increasing root ratio of cuttings, but it obviously increased the mean number of adventitious roots. It was noticed that T. mongolica was a faster rooting species ( 100 percent after 16 days) when compared to other species.
