摘要
本文在机匣处理设计中对关键级与危险截面、机匣处理与扩稳、弯槽与直斜槽进行了一些研究。发现各国对关键级与危险截面的判定不一。机匣处理的作用在于消除堵塞,提高叶排临界攻角,减小下一叶排近壁面攻角,扩大了压气机稳定工作范围。弯槽吸收了直斜槽和角向槽的长处,因而兼有显著的扩稳效果和较高的效率。
Discussion is given in this paper about such questions in casing treatment, asjudgement of initial stall stage and critical section, correlation between casing treatment andenhancing stability, and difference of straight skewed slots and curved slots on performanceinfluence. It is found that there are different opinions and judgement methods for initialstall stage and critical section. Casing treatment can eliminate blockage and increase criticalincidence angle of the blade rows as well as decrease incidence near blade tip of next row.Therefore, it is main cause for enhancing stability of axial flow compressor. The curved slotscasing treatment possesses advantages both straight skewed slots and blade angle slots, sothat it can enhance stability and receive high efficiency at the same time.
