摘要
根据采场围岩控制原则、垮落带岩层的判别式、裂隙带老顶在触矸处的下沉量计算式和移动支承压力与采深的关系, 分析了采深对采场矿压显现不同参数的影响, 并通过实测加以验证. 根据岩性随采深的变化, 讨论了深井采场可能出现的冒顶事故, 并提出了相应的控制对策.认为采深对矿压显现的影响在采场支护方面不明显, 而煤壁片帮将随采深增加而加剧; 深部围岩逐渐变碎, 强度有所降低; 深部采场应加强对漏垮型冒顶事故的防治, 把顶板护好.
According to the principle of strata control around longwall face, the formulas for judging caved zone and for calculating the subsidence of main roof in fractured zone at the contacting place with goaf dirt, and the relation between the front abutment pressure and mining depth, the effect of mining depth on the different parameters of strata behaviors of longwall face was analysed, and verified by field measurements. Based on the change of rock properties with mining depth increasing, the probable roof collapse in longwall faces in deep mining was discussed and the countermeasures of roof control were suggested. It is concluded that the effect of mining depth on strata behaviors of longwall face is not obvious in supporting, while the rib spalling is aggravated with mining depth increasing. The surrounding rock in the deep gradually becomes fragmentary and rock strength drops to some extent, the prevention of roof collapse with cavity by leaking should be paid special attention to and roof be shielded well in deep mining.
