摘要
促进轨道交通与土地利用的协调发展,发挥轨道交通车站地区的综合效益已经成为轨道交通建设运营可持续发展的重要条件。为此,本文以北京市轨道交通9号线花乡站站点周边地区的整合设计竞赛方案为例,对基于轨道交通站点的地区规划设计中关键问题进行剖析,借鉴TOD理论,从规划设计的层面,对站点周边和站点核心区设计实践进行了探讨。提出轨道交通站点地区多功能、多体系、多层面整合设计的基本思路和应该注意的问题,并从优化调整周边土地利用、创造人行服务的交通环境、综合利用地下空间、塑造高品质的站区景观环境等方面提出具体的规划方案。最后本文提出了目前站点周边综合开发存在的主要障碍和面临的挑战,并提出了综合性研究建议。
Promoting coordinated developments between rail transit and land use,improving the system eff iciency and comprehensive benef its of rail stations,which is getting more and more important for sustainable rail transit constructions and operations.This paper will take the master plan proposal and concept design of Huaxiang Station,Line 9 in Beijing as a case to illustrate the key factors of station oriented integrated design.With insights gained from the TOD theory,it proposes the idea and methods of comprehensive planning and integrated design to illustrate the importance of transport and urban spatial design around transit rail stations,and makes suggestions from four aspects:adjusting and optimizing land use around stations,creating an environment for walking,utilizing under-ground spaces comprehensively,and shaping highquality environment by landscaping within stations.Last,this paper proposes the potential problem and barriers of rail transit,and puts forward the comprehensive suggestion.
