摘要
轨道交通枢纽衔接部可分为出入口通道、周边商业设施连接通道、站厅延伸体三种空间类型,具有极高的商业开发价值。该文以上海中山公园枢纽站域为研究对象,研究其衔接部商业空间的业态定位、流线组织、空间设计等特点,为我国未来轨道交通枢纽商业空间设计提供参考。
Rail transit hub connection can be divided into three spatial types like import and export channels,interface channels to surrounding commercial facilities and station hall extensions,which has great value on commercial development.The article takes Shanghai Zhongshan Park station territory as study object and studies the characteristics of proportion orientation,streamline organization,space design and so on,in order to provide references for domestic rail transit hub commercial space design.
