肾间质纤维化发生机制的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 肾脏纤维化是指在各种致病因子如炎症、损伤、药物等的作用下,间质细胞及细胞间质增多,尤其是基质蛋白合成增加、基质降解受抑制造成细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的大量堆积导致的肾小球硬化和小管间质的纤维化。它是肾脏疾病进展至终末期肾衰竭的共同病理表现。目前的研究证实,肾脏间质纤维化程度与肾功能减退的相关性,比肾小球硬化与肾功能减退的相关性更为密切。
