摘要
实验以紫外光引发聚合方式,研究了丙烯酸钠(AANa),甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC),丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚合成两性离子型聚丙烯酰胺(AmPAM)。最佳工艺条件为:n(AM)∶n(DMC)∶n(AANa)=1∶0.12∶0.65,单体总质量分数为40%,光引发剂质量分数为0.8%,pH=6.5,反应温度为40℃,AmPAM特性黏数为806mL/g。红外光谱分析结果表征结果符合AmPAM的特征基团。
Amphoteric polyacrylamide was synthesized by UV photoinitiation with methyl isopropyl trimethylammonium chloride, sodium acrylate and acrylamide as the monomers. Under the following optimal reaction conditions, the molar ratio of AM, DMC, AANa of 1 : 0.12 : 0.65, the total concentration of monomers of 40% ,the initiator dosage of 0.8%, pH 6.5 and reaction temperature 40 ℃, the intrinsic viscosity of the product was 806 mL/g. The structure was confirmed by infrared resonance spectrum.
